The £10 off your next order offer as advertised on Facebook and our website applies to existing customers only. You must have made a purchase and left us a review on Facebook or Google to qualify. This offer does not apply to people leaving reviews who haven’t already made a purchase with us. The discount is transferable and is available in the showroom only and not for orders made on our website.

Manufacturers warranty

All products are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.

Cancelling online orders

In cases where an item is out of stock or being discontinued, Customers will be notified of when the item will be back in stock and delivered or offered an alternative of equal value. Canceling an order made through the website is subject to a £49 surcharge per item . Customers are advised to check availability before placing and paying for an order through the website. All cancellations must by made in writing to bf beds or through an email only. No other form of cancellations will be recognized. If you require a refund if a product is out of stock or being discontinued then you will be charged the credit card fees please ring before placing an order as with the pandemic the stock changes on a daily basis.

Accepting Deliveries

When you receive your delivery please inspect it thoroughly for any signs of damage as we cannot claim from our courier for damage if you sign for the goods in good order. If there are signs of damage then you must sign the delivery note as damaged goods.

SECTION 19- CHARGEBACKS

In the unlikely event that the customer retrieves monies paid for goods via a chargeback with their bank without paying the £49 return fee. BF Beds reserve the right to pursue legal action in which case the customer will be liable for any additional costs incurred.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Some deliveries made by third parties may deliver the goods to a safe area at your property. The driver will sign for the goods and take a picture as proof of delivery (POD). Please contact BF Beds within 48 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged.

All returns from outside of West Yorkshire will be charged at 40% or £49 whichever is greater. All offshore returns may be subject to further courier charges. or the customer can arrange for the goods to be returned by their own courier .
