Delivery Information
Some deliveries may be carried out by third-party couriers. In certain cases, items may be left in a safe place at your property. The driver may sign for the goods on your behalf and take a photograph as proof of delivery (POD).
We recommend that you ensure access to a safe and secure delivery location where possible.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Providing photographs of any damage will help us process your claim more efficiently.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Collections
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in writing via email to arrange the return.
For customers located outside of West Yorkshire, returns may incur a collection charge to cover courier costs. Alternatively, you may arrange your own courier for returning the goods.
All items must be returned in their original condition unless faulty.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days.
