We do offer this service for a fee however we do advise you that Leeds City Council will collect it for free if you phone them.

All of our prices are for delivery to your front door only due to insurance reasons. However the driver will assist you upstairs with prior arrangement when placing an order on the understanding that BF Beds are not liable for any damage caused. We do offer a white glove 2 man delivery service for a nominal fee of £35 per order which covers sending an extra man and the extra time.

Yes. Everything we sell is covered by a one year manufacturers warranty as standard. This covers manufacturing faults and obviously not damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear. The manufacturers decision is final.

We started as an Internet based company and even though we do now have a physical premises we are still very much an Internet company at heart. Other bed companies have large showrooms in expensive city center locations with teams of highly trained highly paid salespeople and big advertising budgets. This expense obviously all gets added on to the cost of the products you are buying. An internet based company does not have these overheads. Our test station and showroom is only the bare minimum we require for our customers to see what they are buying for and give them confidence in our products. We do not employ salespeople and we rely mainly on good word of mouth for advertising. Please do not let our low prices put you off, you will find that our products are just as good as anybody else just we work hard to eliminate overheads. <strong>A showroom service at Internet prices!</strong>

Yes, you have 30 days from the delivery day to return the goods. All goods must be unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been slept on we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. There will be a charge of £40 carriage for each item returned. All monies will be refunded within 5 working days of inspection of goods.

Yes, most wooden and metal frames come in the standard small single to superking sizes. However divans can be manufatured to your specification. Longer, shorter, wider, taller, this service is available by calling our showroom on: <strong>0113 203 8231</strong>

Delivery FAQ's

We currently deliver to all of West Yorkshire only. If you live outside of these areas you must arrange your own transport to collect from the showroom. Please call us on: 0113 203 8231.

Our standard delivery serivce is FREE anywhere in West Yorkshire and comprises a 1 man delivery of goods to your front door.

Our bronze delivery service is a 2 man delivery service which includes delivery to a room of your choice.

Our silver delivery service is a 2 man delivery service which includes delivery to a room of your choice and disposal of your old bed or mattresses.

Our gold delivery service is a 2 man delivery service which includes delivery to a room of your choice, disposal of your old bed or mattresses and installation of your new bed (divan beds only).

Can I just use certain elements of these serivces? For example what if I don’t require help upstairs and I just want my old mattress removing? Yes. Please call us on 0113 203 8231 priopr to placing your order.

For the bronze, silver and gold services where two of our team will be coming in to your property. Please ensure that the path to the room wer are delivering to is clear of any obstructions and breakables. if we are removing old beds and furniture please ensure that these are kept completely dry and accessible from the entrance to your property. Please also ensure that any assembled furniture such as bed frames are fully disassembled.
