You are absolutely right to be concerned, there are some poor quality products sold blind online by less reputable companies. We have been selling online for over 10 years and our reviews on Google and Facebook are testament to the quality of our products. Second to that, due to feedback from customers we run a small showroom / mattress test station where our customers can see and try all of our products before making a decision. We believe that having this facility is what sets us apart from the competition and also weeds out poor quality products.

Yes. Everything we sell is covered by a one year manufacturers warranty as standard. This covers manufacturing faults and obviously not damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear. The manufacturers decision is final.

We started as an Internet based company and even though we do now have a physical premises we are still very much an Internet company at heart. Other bed companies have large showrooms in expensive city center locations with teams of highly trained highly paid salespeople and big advertising budgets. This expense obviously all gets added on to the cost of the products you are buying. An internet based company does not have these overheads. Our test station and showroom is only the bare minimum we require for our customers to see what they are buying for and give them confidence in our products. We do not employ salespeople and we rely mainly on good word of mouth for advertising. Please do not let our low prices put you off, you will find that our products are just as good as anybody else just we work hard to eliminate overheads. <strong>A showroom service at Internet prices!</strong>

Yes, you have 30 days from the order date to return the goods. All goods must be unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been openened we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. There will be a charge of £49 carriage for each item returned. All monies will be refunded within 5 working days of inspection of goods.

Yes, our showroom is open 6 days,  10.00am – 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 5pm on Saturday. Please call anytime in these hours if you wish to place an order over the phone or to speak with a member of our sales team: 0113 203 8231

Yes, most wooden and metal frames come in the standard small single to super king sizes. However divans can be manufactured to your specification. Longer, shorter, wider, taller, this service is available by calling our showroom on: 0113 203 8231

Delivery FAQ's

We cover most of the UK. Please see our delivery page for more information. Some areas are subject to a minimum £200 spend.

Our standard delivery service is FREE anywhere in West Yorkshire to the front door of your property only.

Once a product has been ordered and a delivery date and time has been agreed. Please leave access clear from the road to your property and move any vehicles which may obstruct our driver. If we are removing old beds or mattresses please make sure they are fully disassembled and downstairs ready to take away.

Our standard delivery day is Friday and all deliveries within West Yorkshire are free on Fridays. Delivery is available on other days subject to a standard surcharge of £20.

Yes we do offer this service for a nominal fee.

All of our prices are for delivery to your front door only due to insurance reasons. However the driver will assist you upstairs with prior arrangement when placing an order on the understanding that BF Beds are not liable for any damage caused.
