I’m very happy with the bed I got from BF beds. We purchased the Ottoman king-size base for excellent under bed storage… and gel top orthopedic mattress. I went to the showroom advised Bobby the owner what I was looking for he recommend a few that would suit our needs, we tried the mattress at his testing station. Bobby gave us excellent advice we had excellent service from start to finish. Delivery drivers were great, very friendly and professional, we had silver service so the bed was put together all wrapping was taken away and checked before they left. I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom and will recommend BF beds to family and friends.read more

My stepdad went in to order a low bed for my stepgran. He insisted on cash to “ensure a good deal” and organised… delivery 3 days later. He was well aware that my stepgran was moving into a residential care home and was on the second floor with a lift close to the front door. My husband had to go up to actually sort the bed as the owner refused to deliver it any further than the front door. He dropped off the bed and left, knowing my 82 year old stepgran who uses a walking frame had no way of getting the bed upstairs. We have found his service to be abysmal and disgraceful. He was well aware of the circumstances of this delivery and was prepared to leave an elderly customer with no bed. The bed itself was incomplete with no proper holes for the castors and the headboard didnt line up properly. Luckily we have managed to sort this but we would never use this company again and would definitely never recommend.read more

Poor quality bed and even worse customer service.Purchased a divan bed base which for a start was damaged on delivery… as the plastic was torn and it was just dumped around the side of the house on the floor. I didn’t make a big deal out of this as I was able to hide the damage under the quilt as it was in the middle where it joined.The bed then started squeaking on one side when getting in and out. Over time it’s then started on the other side and now it’s whenever you move on it. When I’ve taken the mattress off the top of the bed is caving in.I called BF beds to be told I had to send pictures to send to the supplier. I was basically told I have broken the bed by putting a hard force on it or because of the matterss not sitting straight. I sent the pictures and had no response for over a week so i called again and I was told to call the following week when he went to the supplier. I called the following week again to he told me wasn’t going to be seeing the supplier until this week so to call again.I’ve called and been told that because I didnt report the damage on delivery within 48 hours they can’t claim from the delivery company and it’s not fair on the supplier loosing money. I was told they don’t know if it’s damaged from delivery or if it’s because of me but it’s over 48 hours anyway so they won’t do anything. At no point was it mentioned it was poor quality or that they would try to rectify the problem.I was told to go to trading standards but i will not get anything anyway because its their terms and conditions. I was then rudly hung up on so had to call back. This time before I called I checked the terms and conditions which states you get a 1 year manufacturer guarantee and if the goods are damaged you should sign it as damaged goods. It doesn’t mention 48 hours and I didn’t even sign for the bed as it was just left at the side of the house. Again I was told to go to trading standards because he wasn’t prepared to deal with it.What an absolute joke the customer service is, avoid purchasing from this company as you will receive poor quality good and disgusting rude customer service.I have seen similar reviews further down about the shocking customer service.read more

Bought a top quality uk made pocket sprung mattress from these guys at roughly half the price it would have been from… the large showroom stores. Delivered next day and delighted with it. Their ‘showroom’ may not be swish like Bensons or Dreams, but why pay double for the salesman to sit in comfort.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly visit again when the need arises.
