Pillow top mattresses are mattresses which have a pillow mattress topper permanently fixed to the top of them. The base of the mattress will be a standard construction such as orthopeadic or pocket spring and then an extra layer of attached padding made from wool, memory foam etc. will be added for extra comfort and a “sinking in” feeling.
